In 1963 The Beatles and The Rolling Stones were making a name for themselves in England. By 1964 these two groups, along with more than a dozen others followed to create what became known as “The British Invasion”. Between 1964 and 1966 these British groups had an amazing impact on American pop music producing many #1, Top 10 and Top 40 hits.

Tru Brit brings back these timeless hits.Formed in 1999 the band is: Joey Barbosa: Lead guitar, 12 string and vocals; Richie Bell: Rythem Guitar and vocals; Edgar Goss: Drums and vocals; Steve Hennessey: Bass and vocals.

Each of these lads brings years of varied band experience to this dedicated and enthusiastic project. Covering songs by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Hollies, The Searchers, The Dave Clark Five, The Kinks, The Yardbirds and many more. The boys hope that you enjoy listening to these classic gems as much as they enjoy performing them.
